Vivo X300 Ultra camera and specs leak before China launch

Vivo is set to launch the Vivo X300 Ultra in China on March 30. The company will unveil the device alongside the Vivo X300s. The launch expands the X300 series, first introduced in October 2025.

New leaks and official teasers have revealed key details about the Ultra model. These include camera hardware, processor details, and expected pricing. The phone has also appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform before launch.

Reports say the phone will focus strongly on camera performance. Vivo recently discussed its imaging system at a Blueprint Imaging Technology Communication Conference. The company described the device as combining professional camera features with everyday usability.

The handset is expected to feature a Zeiss-branded multi-lens camera system. This includes a 200-megapixel main Sony Lytia 901 sensor. Reports say the design aims to improve image detail and consistency.

The phone may also include a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. This sensor is said to support advanced stabilisation for clearer zoom photos. Vivo claims the setup allows much higher light intake than earlier models.

The ultrawide camera is expected to use a Sony Lytia 818 sensor. The system may also include Zeiss T coating. This coating helps reduce lens reflection and improve image clarity.

Benchmark data suggests the device may run on a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The listing also indicates 16GB RAM and Android 16. The phone reportedly scored 3,722 in single-core and 11,621 in multi-core tests.

Pricing leaks suggest the device could cost around CNY 7,500 in China. This equals about Rs. 1,01,000 in India. Official pricing will be confirmed at launch.

The Vivo X300s, launching the same day, is also expected to bring strong hardware. Leaks point to a 200-megapixel main camera and a 7,100mAh battery. The device may also support fast wired and wireless charging.

These launches matter for South Asian buyers as Vivo devices are widely sold in India and Bangladesh. New camera features often reach regional models later. Buyers usually watch China launches for early technology trends.
