The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has started the final verification process for 77,799 vacant teaching posts ahead of its 9th recruitment recommendation circular in Bangladesh.
A source at the Ministry of Education told Allresultnet.com on Tuesday that letters were sent to key education agencies with instructions to complete the review within the next three working days.
The letters were sent to the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, the Directorate of Technical Education, the Directorate of Madrasa Education, and the Bangladesh Bureau of Educational Information and Statistics (BANBEIS). These bodies have been asked to confirm whether the listed vacancies are correct under the latest manpower structure and Monthly Pay Order (MPO) policy. MPO is the government salary support system for approved private institutions.
According to the letter, vacancy demands from non-government schools, colleges, madrasas, and other institutions were collected online. Heads of institutions submitted their requests through the e-requisition system.
Those requests were then checked by the relevant Upazila Secondary Education Officer and District Education Officer before being sent to NTRCA.
NTRCA has now asked the agencies to review the final vacancy list again. A soft copy of the list was sent on CD under clause 4.0 of the recruitment circular process.
Officials were told to keep all existing data unchanged. In the right-side “Comments” column, they must write “Correct” if the post information is accurate, or “Incorrect” if any detail is wrong.
The move is an important step for thousands of job seekers waiting for the 9th NTRCA circular. Once the verification ends, the authority is expected to take the next step in the recruitment process.
