Honours Admission Result 2026

The National University has published the Honours Admission Result 2026 for the 2025–26 session on Sunday afternoon. The merit list went live at 3:00 PM. Soon after the release, the official websites became slow or stopped responding.

Many applicants reported that they could not access the result portals. At the time of writing, the main NU Admission Result Login portals, app11.nu.edu.bd and app55.nu.edu.bd, were not working properly. A new link, app5.nu.edu.bd, is slowly becoming available to some users.

Currently, the website URL http://app5.nu.edu.bd/nu-web/admissionTestResultQueryForm is working for many students.

Students who can access the site can check their results by logging in with their roll or application number, PIN, and password. After logging in, they need to go to the dashboard and click on the “Result” option. The result can then be viewed, downloaded, or printed.

For those who cannot access the website, the university has kept the SMS method active. This allows students to receive their result and college allocation within one to two minutes.

This year, a total of 453,148 students took part in the admission test held on April 25. Among them, 364,135 students passed. The overall pass rate stands at 80.36 percent.

From the successful candidates, 229,765 students have secured positions in the first merit list. Of them, 113,394 are from the Humanities group, 65,337 from Science, and 51,034 from Business Studies.

The university published the results within one week of the exam, which is faster than in previous years. Students who have been selected are expected to follow the next admission steps as announced by the university in the coming days.
