HSC BMT Exam Routine 2026

The HSC BMT Exam Routine 2026 has been published by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). The exams for both 1st Year and 2nd Year students will start on July 2, 2026, across the country.

The routine was released on May 3, 2026, through an official notice on the BTEB website. The notice was signed by Md. Zahedul Kabir Khan, Sub-Controller of Examinations of the Technical Board.

According to the HSC BMT Routine, exams will be held in two daily shifts. The second year exams will take place in the first shift from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The first year exams will be held in the second shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The exams will begin with the Bangla First Paper and Second Paper.

If the schedule remains unchanged, the full exam session will end on August 1, 2026.

Students who have completed registration can download the routine from the “HSC Level” section of the official website. The board has asked all candidates to follow the schedule carefully.

Each year, the Technical Education Board conducts HSC BM and BMT exams alongside general HSC exams. Around 200,000 to 300,000 students from across Bangladesh take part in these exams annually.

The BMT programme follows a separate system from the general education board. Students must pass the first-year board exam to move to the second year. After passing both levels, they receive the HSC BMT certificate.

The routine is important for students preparing for the exams, as it sets the timeline for their final revision and exam planning.

Further instructions, including centre details and admit card distribution, are expected to be announced by the board in due course.
