BNMC Licence Exam Result 2026 Published, Pass Rate 56.97%

Results for nursing and midwifery courses are now available on the official website. The overall pass rate is 56.97%, while 93.05% of BSc Nursing candidates passed the test.

The Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) published the 2026 licence examination results on Friday night. The results were announced around 9:24 pm, a few hours after the test ended.

The licensing examination took place on March 13 from 10:00 am to 11:40 am. Students from several nursing and midwifery programmes took part in the exam across Bangladesh.

BNMC said 56.97% of candidates passed this year’s examination. The pass rate was much higher in the four-year BSc in Nursing course. According to the official data, 93.05% of BSc Nursing candidates passed the test.

The exam covered students from the four-year BSc in Nursing course. It also included the three-year Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery. Students from the three-year Diploma in Midwifery also sat for the test. Diploma in Midwifery and Diploma in Patient Care Technology students were also included.

An official notice said the results were approved by the council’s Examination Control Committee. The council confirmed the publication after completing the required review process.

Candidates can now check their BNMC Licence Exam Result online through the official website. The results are available in a PDF merit list format. Students must find their roll numbers manually in the document.

The licensing exam is required for graduates to begin professional nursing practice. BNMC is expected to issue further instructions related to certification and registration procedures soon.
