According to the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council, successful candidates must start their internship from April 1, 2026.
The third-year final examinations took place in December 2025 under the supervision of BNMC. The results were later published through the Director General’s office on the council website.
BNMC has asked all institutions to start internships for successful candidates by April 1, 2026. This internship is a required part of the diploma programmes. It allows students to gain practical clinical experience after completing their academic exams.
The council also announced a short period for result re-evaluation requests. Students who want a review must apply between March 30 and April 2. Applications must include the required fee set by the council.
Nursing education plays an important role in Bangladesh’s healthcare system. Each year, thousands of students complete BNMC courses and join hospitals and clinics across the country.
Further instructions about internships and certificate processing are expected from BNMC after completion of the re-evaluation process.
