Students under the National University must complete the Honours 4th Year Form Fill Up by March 12, 2026. The deadline was announced throughan official notice. The online process began on February 18 for candidates preparing to sit for the final year examination.
The form fill-up notice was signed by Md Enamul Karim, the university’s Controller of Examinations. Students must download and complete their forms through the Examination Management System (EMS) website at ems.nu.ac.bd.
After completing the form online, applicants must submit it through their respective colleges. Colleges will review and confirm the submitted applications until March 15, 2026.
The university also set a separate schedule for fee payment. Students must complete their payment and collect the pay slip through the Sonali Seba system between March 12 and March 18.
University officials said candidates who do not complete the form submission process will not be allowed to participate in the examination. Students have also been advised to keep printed copies of their forms and related documents for future verification.
The notice includes instructions for colleges to preserve academic records and related documents for three months after the results are published.
