NU Honours 4th Year Form Fill Up Notice Published

The online application process will start on 18 February, with college confirmation and fee payment dates fixed.

The online Form Fill Up process for the 2024 Honours 4th Year examination under the National University will begin on 18 February, according to an official notice issued on Monday, 16 February.

The notice was signed by Md. Enamul Karim, Controller of Examinations of the National University.

Under the notice, students will be able to download their application forms from the university’s online Examination Management System (EMS) website. After completing the form, applicants must submit it only after confirmation by their respective colleges.

For fee payment and collection of the pay slip, candidates must use Sonali Seba, as stated in the notice.

The university said the deadline for downloading and completing the online application form will run from 18 February to 12 March 2026. Colleges will be able to confirm submitted applications until 15 March 2026. The fee payment window will remain open from 12 March to 18 March 2026.

The detailed examination routine and other related instructions will be published later on the National University website.

The notice also includes clear directions for colleges regarding record-keeping. Original copies and printed copies of the online-entered statement form, accounts statement form, and in-course marks must be sealed separately by subject at each college.

These documents must be preserved safely at the respective colleges for three months after the publication of the examination results, the university said.

The university has advised students to complete the Honours 4th Year Form Fill Up process carefully. Candidates have also been asked to follow the announced schedule strictly and ensure that all required steps, including form completion, college confirmation, and fee payment, are completed within the given dates.

The instructions are important for students because applications that are not properly confirmed by colleges or paid through the approved payment system may not be accepted for the examination process.

Officials said students should keep their printed forms and related papers properly, as these documents may be required later by their colleges or by the university during verification.

The university authority said the next update for students will be the publication of the detailed examination schedule and related notices on its official website in the coming days.
