The Dhaka Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has extended the deadline for HSC 2026 examination form submission. Students can now fill out forms with a late fee until March 31.
The board announced the decision in a notice on Wednesday, March 11. Controller of Examinations S M Kamal Uddin Haider signed the notice. It was sent to principals and heads of HSC-level institutions under the board.
The notice said students can complete the form fill-up and pay fees through the Sonali Seba system. Both the late submission and payment deadline will now end on March 31.
Earlier, the board had set March 9 as the last date. The new decision gives students extra time to complete the process.

Education officials said the extension will help students who missed the earlier deadline. It also allows institutions more time to complete pending submissions.
Students must complete all required steps within the new timeline. Institutions also need to ensure correct data submission during this period.
The board is expected to issue further instructions if any additional changes are needed before the examination process begins.
