Afra Ivnath Khan Ikra, the wife of actor Zaher Alvi, was found dead on Saturday afternoon in the Mirpur DOHS area of Dhaka. The incident took place around 1:30 PM, according to her family.
The family claimed that Ikra died by suicide. Actor Zaher Alvi also confirmed her death to the media.

On Friday at 3:05 PM, Ikra also posted about an earthquake. She wrote that she remained calm during the tremor because her child was safe. Many people expressed sorrow in the comment section of that post.
