The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, has published the Junior Scholarship results. A total of 11,425 students passed under the Dhaka Board. The results were announced on Wednesday at around 1:40 PM.
Students who sat for the exam can check their results on the official website of the board. The authority also released the JSC Scholarship Result for other boards, including Mymensingh, Barisal, and Chittagong.
According to the official notice, 77,942 candidates took part in the Junior Scholarship Exam. The exam took place from December 28, 2025, to January 6, 2026. Among them, 11,425 students were selected for scholarships.
The notice said 3,635 students were chosen for the Talent Pool category. Another 7,790 students were selected under the General Scholarship category.
The board said Talent Pool students will receive Tk 560 per year as a grant. They will also get Tk 450 per month as a stipend. Students under the General category will receive Tk 350 per year and Tk 300 per month. The financial support will continue for two years.
The Junior Scholarship Exam was held after a gap of almost 15 years. During this period, authorities conducted the Junior School Certificate examinations instead.
