The National University is preparing to publish the Honours 4th Year re-scrutiny result for students across Bangladesh. The result will be released for candidates who applied for a review of their original marks. Once published, students can check their updated results on the official website at www.nu.ac.bd.
Sources familiar with the process said the review result is expected to be published in the second week of February 2026. However, National University has not yet issued an official notice confirming the exact publication date.
The university earlier published the main Honours 4th Year result on 13 November 2025. According to the official result notice, 68.67 per cent of the 256,591 students passed. Five days after the main result, the university released the CGPA results and announced the re-scrutiny process.
The authority published the application notice for re-scrutiny on 16 November 2025. The online application process started on 18 November and continued until 12 December 2025.
National University usually publishes re-scrutiny results within or shortly after two months of the main result. In this case, the two-month period after the original result ended on 13 January 2026.
Students who applied for re-scrutiny are now waiting to see whether any changes have been made to their marks or grades. The re-scrutiny process allows the university to recheck answer scripts and marking records. It does not involve re-examination.
For many final-year students, the result is important for graduation clearance and future academic or job applications.
University officials advise students to check only the official website for updated information. They also warn students not to rely on social media posts or unofficial pages. The Re-scrutiny Result will be shown automatically when students enter their roll and registration details on the university’s result portal.
National University is expected to publish a formal notice on its website once the results are released, confirming the date and access instructions for all applicants.
