Oppo Find N6 Launching Soon with 200MP Camera, Up to 16GB RAM

Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has confirmed that it will soon launch the Oppo Find N6 in China. The announcement came through a teaser post on Weibo. The company did not reveal the exact launch date.

The confirmation follows recent online leaks about the device. Earlier this month, Find Series Product Manager Zhou Yibao confirmed the Oppo Find N6 name. He indicated that the phone would launch after the Chinese New Year celebrations, which end on March 3.

In its latest teaser, Oppo said the upcoming foldable phone will feature slim bezels. The company also confirmed that the device will carry a Hasselblad-powered camera system. Hasselblad is a Swedish camera brand known for professional imaging equipment.

However, Oppo has not yet shared details about the chipset, battery size, camera configuration, pricing, or colour options. The company is expected to announce these details in the coming days.

Separately, a marketing image of a Find N6 gift box has surfaced on Weibo. The image suggests that the box may include several magnetic accessories. These appear to include a magnetic stand and charger, an aramid fibre protective case, a magnetic card holder, and a 20W power bank. The accessories are shown in black. Oppo has not officially confirmed whether all retail units will include these items.

Recent reports suggest the foldable phone may launch on March 17 in China and select global markets. According to these reports, the handset could offer Titanium and Orange colour options. It is also rumoured to support an AI Pen and carry a 200-megapixel main rear camera. Other expected features include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and two 20-megapixel front cameras.

The device is tipped to use a 7-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. It may support 80W wired charging and pack a 6,000mAh battery. The reported weight is 225 grams.

The Oppo Find N6 will succeed the Find N5, which launched in February 2025. The Find N5 started at SGD 2,499, roughly Rs 1,79,000, for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. It featured a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a 5,600mAh battery.

More official details about the Find N6 are expected from Oppo in the coming days.
