Rajshahi University (RU) has shared an important notice for students who applied for undergraduate admission. The RU Admit card for the 2025–26 academic year will be available from Wednesday, December 17. All candidates of Units A, B, and C must download their admit cards online within the given time.
This year, the university has made the process easier for students. A QR code-based seat plan system has been introduced. With this system, candidates can check their exam room and seat details before the exam. Students are advised to read all instructions carefully to avoid any problems on exam day.
Rajshahi University Admission Test 2025-26
The undergraduate first-year admission test of Rajshahi University will be held in January 2025. The university authority has already published the full exam schedule through an official notice.
The exams will be taken in different shifts for some units. This is done to manage the large number of candidates in an organized way. Every candidate must follow the date and time mentioned on their admit card.

RU Admission Test Date and Time
According to the official notice, the admission test schedule is given below:
Unit C Admission Test: January 16, 2025
- First Shift: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Unit A Admission Test: January 17, 2025
- First Shift: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Unit B Admission Test: January 24, 2025
- Single Shift: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Candidates must attend the exam only in the shift and unit mentioned on their admit card.

RU Admit Card 2025-2026
The RU Admit Card 2025 for Units A, B, and C will be released after 12:00 PM on December 17. The admit card will include important details such as roll number, unit name, exam shift, and exam center.
Candidates must download the admit card by December 22, 2025. Without a printed admit card, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall.

- Log in with your username and password
- Click on the Admit Card option
- Download the admit card
- Print the admit card and check all details carefully
The ICT Centre of Rajshahi University has clearly stated that candidates must know their unit, exam date, shift, center, and room before the exam. Appearing in the wrong shift or center will not be accepted.
Candidates should keep the admit card safe. It will be needed during the admission test and later steps of the admission process.
Single-Page Admit Card System
For the 2025–26 admission test, Rajshahi University has introduced a single-page admit card. In previous years, students received two copies. This year, there will be only one page.
All important information will be printed on this single page. This change will make it easier for students to handle and keep the admit card safe.
RU Seat Plan 2025 via QR Code
Candidates can check their seat plan three days before their exam date. To do this, they need to scan the QR code printed on the admit card. After scanning, the seat plan will show the exam center, room number, and seating details.
Students can also check the seat plan by logging in to the official admission website using their username and password.
