The Vivo T5 Pro 5G has appeared in the IMEI database with model number V2568. The listing was spotted by tipster Paras Guglani. The entry suggests the device may launch in India in the near future.
The IMEI database is commonly used to register mobile devices. Such listings often indicate that a launch is approaching. However, the database entry does not reveal any hardware details or features of the phone.
Recently, another Vivo device with model number V2545 received approval from India’s BIS authority. That device is expected to launch under the Vivo T5x name. The development points to Vivo preparing several models under its new T5 series.
Last year, Vivo introduced the T4 lineup in India. The Vivo T4 Pro debuted in August as a mid-range device. It featured the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor and targeted users looking for strong performance at a competitive price.
The T4 Pro offered a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It ran on Android 15 and came with a promise of up to four major Android OS upgrades. The top variant included 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
It also packed a 6,500mAh battery. The device supported 90W wired charging and 7.5W reverse charging.
It is not yet clear whether the Vivo T5 Pro 5G will use the same processor or a more advanced system-on-chip. No official specifications have been confirmed.

Industry sources expect the T5 Pro to launch in the third quarter of this year. The wider T5 series may also include other models, such as the T5 Lite, T5, T5R, and T5 Ultra.
For Bangladeshi consumers, Vivo’s T-series devices often reach the local market after their India debut. However, Vivo has not announced any launch timeline for Bangladesh.
More official details are expected once Vivo confirms the device in the coming months.
