Vivo V70 FE Launched with 200MP Camera, 12G RAM and 7000mAh Battery

Vivo has launched the Vivo V70 FE in Indonesia, introducing a new model in its V-series smartphone lineup. The device focuses on camera performance and battery life, two features that are important to many smartphone users.

The phone includes a 200-megapixel main camera and a large 7,000mAh battery. Vivo also supports 90W wired fast charging, which allows the battery to recharge quickly.

The Vivo V70 FE is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor. The chip is built on a 4-nanometre manufacturing process, which helps improve power efficiency. The phone is available with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

On the front, the device features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display. The screen has a 1.5K resolution and supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations. It is a 10-bit panel with HDR10+ support, which means it can display a wider range of colours in compatible video content. Vivo says the display can reach a peak brightness of 1,900 nits.

For photography, the phone uses a dual-camera setup on the back. The main camera uses a 200MP sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilisation, which helps reduce blur in photos and videos. The second camera is an 8MP ultra-wide lens designed for wider shots.

The front camera has a 32MP sensor for selfies and video calls. Vivo has also added its Aura Light ring flash on the rear panel. The company says this light helps improve portrait photos in low-light conditions.

Battery capacity is one of the main highlights of the device. The 7,000mAh battery is larger than the 6,500mAh batteries used in other phones in the V70 series. Despite the bigger battery, Vivo keeps the same 90W wired charging support.

The smartphone also includes several durability features. It carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, which indicate resistance to dust and water. Other connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, dual-SIM support, and an infrared blaster.

On the software side, the phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo says the device will receive up to six years of security updates, although the company has not confirmed the number of Android version upgrades.

In Indonesia, the Vivo V70 FE starts at IDR 6,499,000 (about $380) for the 8GB + 256GB model. The 12GB + 256GB version costs IDR 7,199,000, while the 8GB + 512GB variant is priced at IDR 7,399,000.

The phone is available in Muse Purple, Ocean Blue, and Titanium Silver, and it is currently open for pre-order through Vivo Indonesia’s official website.
