Vivo X300 FE Tipped With 12GB RAM, Two Storage Options

The upcoming Vivo X300 FE may launch in two RAM and storage variants. The details surfaced online through tech blogger Anvin. The handset is expected to debut in India later this year. It may also reach neighbouring markets such as Bangladesh through unofficial channels.

In a post on X, Anvin said the phone could come with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage as the base model. Another version with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is also likely. The device is tipped to launch in black and blue colours. More colour options may be added later.

The handset, carrying model number V2537, recently appeared on Geekbench. The listing showed a single-core score of 2,701 and a multi-core score of 8,180. It is suggested that the phone may use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The listing also indicated 12GB RAM and Android 16.

The device has also appeared on certification platforms. A listing from TÜV Rheinland suggests support for 90W wired fast charging. Another listing from IMDA confirms 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity.

Earlier reports claim the Vivo X300 FE could be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which is sold in China. That model launched in December 2025. It runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display.

The Vivo S50 Pro Mini uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. It has a triple rear camera system with a 50-megapixel main sensor. The phone also offers a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies. It packs a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
