The 8th NTRCA Result for the Institute Head and Assistant Head Teacher Exam will be published tonight. The exam was conducted on April 18, 2026, in four shifts.
Once released, candidates will be able to check their merit status on the official websites of the Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority at ngi.teletalk.com.bd and ntrca.gov.bd.
A source said most of the result preparation work has already been completed. Only the final publication steps were left on Wednesday evening.
“The result was earlier planned for April 23. But the work finished sooner than expected. If there are no technical problems, the result may be published around 8 PM tonight,” the source said.
The examination took place last Saturday, April 18, across multiple centres in Bangladesh. It was held for recruitment to Institute Head and Assistant Head Teacher posts under the NTRCA process.
According to ministry sources, 53,069 candidates applied for 11,151 vacant posts. That means strong competition for each available position.
The test was conducted in four shifts during the day. The sessions were held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Many applicants have been waiting for a quick result because the appointments are important for school and college management. Heads and assistant heads play a key role in daily administration, staff supervision, and academic planning.
A timely result can also help speed up the next stages of recruitment and posting. Educational institutions with vacant leadership posts are expected to benefit once appointments are completed.
Candidates are advised to keep their application details ready and monitor the official websites tonight for any updates on the 8th NTRCA Result.
