The Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) has officially made this announcement on Sunday (March 1) at around 9:10 PM.
The published results include the 4-year BSc in Nursing, 3-year Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery, and 3-year Diploma in Midwifery programmes. Candidates can check the merit list on the result portal at bnmc.teletalk.com.bd and the council’s official website.
According to an official notice, the admission test was held on 27 February 2026. Based on the test results, the council has published the list of selected candidates for admission to government nursing and midwifery institutions. The list has been prepared according to the institution codes.
More than 6,000 students secured positions in the first merit list. The authority also confirmed that the remaining successful candidates will be placed on a waiting list. The waiting list will be prepared based on merit position and quota.
