Oppo has confirmed that its upcoming Oppo Find X9 Ultra will launch in global markets alongside China. The handset recently appeared on a certification platform together with the Find X9s, suggesting a launch could happen soon.

The company has not announced an official launch date. However, recent leaks have shared possible details about the phone’s cameras, display, and memory options.

A post by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo says the phone may include a 200-megapixel main camera. The sensor is expected to be the LYTIA 901 developed by Sony. Reports say the sensor could measure 1/1.12 inches and support optical image stabilisation.

The rear camera system may include three additional sensors. These could include a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera using a Samsung JN5 sensor from Samsung.

Leaks also mention two periscope telephoto cameras. One may use a 200-megapixel OV52A sensor made by OmniVision with 3x optical zoom. Another 50-megapixel telephoto lens may support up to 10x optical zoom.

The device may also include a small 3.2-megapixel “Danxia” colour restoration sensor. This sensor is designed to improve colour accuracy in photos. A 50-megapixel autofocus camera could handle selfies on the front.

Display details have also appeared in recent leaks. The phone could feature a 6.82-inch flat OLED screen with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

One version of the device may arrive as a “Master Kit” edition. Reports say this model could include 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It may also come with a special design and an optional teleconverter photography kit.

Oppo has already confirmed one major hardware feature. The Find X9 Ultra will include a battery larger than 7,000mAh, which could support extended daily use.

The phone is also expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor from Qualcomm. It may run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 when released.

A global launch would mark the first time an Ultra model in the Find X series becomes widely available outside China. More official details are expected when the company announces the launch date later this month.
