The Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board has extended the deadline for HSC Alim registration for the 2025–2026 academic year. The move targets students who missed earlier online admission and registration. According to an official notice issued on April 9, these students can now complete the process under special consideration.
The notice was signed by the Board’s Registrar, Professor Saleh Ahmad. It instructs madrasa principals to help eligible students complete registration through the eSIF form. Students must first deposit the required fees between April 12 and April 28. Data entry for registration will remain open until April 30.
Officials said that students must visit the board’s website and log in using their institution’s EIIN and password. After selecting the payment option, institutions must enter the number of students and pay the required fees through the Sonali payment gateway. Only after payment is confirmed will the system allow new data entry.
The board also stated that new student entries will require a late fee. There will be no option to delete any previously submitted student data. However, institutions can still correct details such as school division, subjects, and student photos through the online system.
For regular students, the registration and related fees are set at 685 taka. Irregular students must pay 835 taka, which includes a 150 taka study gap fee.
This extension gives a final chance for missed students to join the Alim programme. Madrasa authorities are expected to complete all required steps within the revised schedule.
