The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has released admit cards for its Head of Institution recruitment exam. The exam will take place on April 18 in Dhaka in four shifts.
NTRCA confirmed the update in an official letter issued on Monday, April 13. It said all applicants can now download their admit cards from the official websites. Candidates must log in using their user ID and password to access the document.
The NTRCA Head Teacher Admit cards are for the MCQ-based test under the 8th NTRCA recruitment cycle for 2026. This exam covers positions such as headmasters, principals, and assistant heads across different education levels.
NTRCA has advised all candidates to check the detailed instructions on its website. The authority also asked applicants to download and review their admit cards before the exam date.

The exam schedule was first published on April 9. It outlines four groups with separate time slots on the same day.
Group A candidates will sit from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This group includes posts like principals of degree colleges, headmasters of secondary schools, and superintendents of Dakhil madrasas.
Group B exams will run from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. These posts include principals of higher secondary colleges and Fazil madrasas, along with assistant superintendents of vocational institutions.
Group C candidates will take their exam from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This group includes principals of Kamil madrasas, assistant headmasters, and heads of vocational institutions.
The final shift, Group D, will be held from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. It includes principals of agricultural institutions and headmasters of junior secondary schools.
This recruitment process is important for filling key leadership roles in non-government education institutions across Bangladesh. Candidates are expected to follow all instructions listed on their admit cards and arrive on time for their assigned shift.
