The 2024 Degree (Pass) and Certificate Course Second Year examinations began across Bangladesh on Monday. The exams are being held under the National University from 2:00 PM at centres nationwide.
University officials confirmed that a revised schedule is now in effect. The earlier routine, published on 21 January, was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. A new schedule was later released on 11 March through the university’s official website.
According to the updated plan, all exams will start at 2:00 PM each day. The duration will depend on the time mentioned in the question paper. The examination code for this session is 1102.
On the first day, students are sitting for Bangla National Language (131001) and Bangla National Language Optional Paper (131003). Both subjects are compulsory under the programme.
Officials from the National University said the revised schedule aims to ensure smooth exam management. They also noted that the university may change the schedule again if needed, without prior explanation.
The exams are important for thousands of students across the country. The university is expected to continue monitoring the situation as the examination period progresses.
