The seat plan for the Combined 11 Bank Senior Officer (General) recruitment examination 2026 has been released officially ahead of the upcoming preliminary test on May 15.
The information was confirmed on Tuesday through a notice published by the Bankers’ Selection Committee Secretariat. The notice was signed by Director Mizanur Rahman Akon.
According to the notice, the MCQ-based preliminary examination will be held on Friday from 10 am to 11 am. The examination will carry a total of 100 marks.
The recruitment test will be conducted for Senior Officer (General) posts under nine banks and two financial institutions. Around 1,27,182 candidates are expected to participate in the examination this year.
Authorities said the examination will take place at 36 centres across Dhaka. Candidates have been instructed to enter their respective centres at least one hour before the exam begins.

According to the official instructions, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without a valid admit card. Candidates must also carry a valid photo identification card during entry.
The authority warned candidates not to bring mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, or any electronic devices into the examination hall. Any unfair activity during the examination may lead to cancellation of candidature.
Candidates have been advised to reach their centres early because of possible traffic congestion and security checking procedures in Dhaka on the exam day.
The seat plan notice includes details about centre allocation, reporting instructions, and venue information for each candidate. Candidates can collect the seat plan by visiting the official recruitment website of the Bankers’ Selection Committee and downloading the published notice.
Officials said candidates should verify all information on their admit cards immediately after downloading them. If any error is found, candidates should contact the concerned authority before the examination date.
The Combined 11 Bank Senior Officer examination is considered one of the largest banking recruitment tests in Bangladesh because of the high number of applicants and participating institutions.
The authorities are expected to complete the preliminary examination process on May 15 before announcing the next stage of recruitment procedures later through official notices.
