Final Admission Process for 2nd Merit List 2026

The final admission process for students selected in the 2nd merit list of the first-year Bachelor’s (Honours) programme under the National University for the 2025–2026 academic session began on Wednesday, June 3.

According to an admission notice issued by the National University, students included in the second merit list can fill out and submit the final admission form online until June 11, 2026. After completing the form, applicants must collect a printed copy for further processing.

Students will also need to pay Tk 1,130 as the registration fee at their respective colleges between June 4 and June 13. The university recently published the second merit list along with the subject change results for students who were admitted through the first merit list.

The university has instructed that any student selected in the second merit list who is already enrolled in another educational programme for the 2024–25 academic session must cancel their previous admission and complete the final admission form by June 9.

University authorities said failure to cancel the previous admission within the specified time may result in the cancellation of the student’s new admission and registration due to dual enrollment.

Students seeking a subject change must select the “Yes” option in the designated section of the final admission form. Subject changes will be approved based on merit position and the availability of vacant seats.

Under the admission schedule, colleges will complete the final admission confirmation process from June 4 to June 14. The institutions will then deposit the university’s prescribed registration fees through Sonali Bank between June 15 and June 21.

The admission process is important for thousands of students across Bangladesh who are seeking enrollment in National University-affiliated colleges for the new academic session.

The National University has advised applicants to follow the official admission schedule carefully and complete all required steps within the announced deadlines.
