Vivo has launched the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE in India. The smartphones were introduced on May 6, 2026. Both devices focus heavily on photography and video features.
The company said the phones come with ZEISS co-engineered camera systems and support optional telephoto extender accessories. Pre-bookings are now open through Vivo’s official website, Amazon, and Flipkart.
The Vivo X300 FE starts at ₹79,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB and 512GB models are priced at ₹89,999.
The Vivo X300 Ultra starts at ₹1,59,999 for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant.
The Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with up to a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and uses Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
The device carries a 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging support. Vivo has also included IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The main highlight of the X300 Ultra is its ZEISS-backed triple rear camera setup. It includes a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.7x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. The phone also has a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The X300 Ultra supports optional external zoom lenses with ZEISS optics. The device can record videos up to 8K resolution.
The Vivo X300 FE comes with a smaller 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
For photography, the X300 FE includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. The front camera uses a 50MP sensor.
The phone packs a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging support. Vivo said the device will receive five years of Android OS updates and seven years of security updates.
Both smartphones support 5G connectivity, stereo speakers, in-display fingerprint sensors, and IP68/IP69 durability ratings.
With the launch of the X300 Ultra and X300 FE, Vivo is expanding its premium smartphone lineup in India. The devices will compete with flagship models from Samsung, Apple, and other Android brands in the high-end smartphone segment.
