The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has rescheduled the oral examination, or viva voce, for 29 candidates of the 47th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination.
The candidates were previously declared provisionally successful in the written examination. The revised schedule was announced in a notice published on the PSC website on Thursday, 11 June.
According to the notice, the change was made following applications submitted by the candidates.
The rescheduled viva examination will be held on 18 June 2026 at 10:00 am.
The PSC did not provide further details in the notice regarding the reasons behind the candidates’ applications.

The viva examination is an important stage of the BCS recruitment process. Candidates who have passed the written examination must complete the oral test before the selection process moves forward.
Affected candidates have been advised to follow the updated schedule published by the PSC.
