The change was announced on Monday through a press release from the university’s Examination Control Office.
What Exactly Changed
According to the statement, the 2025 Honors Bachelor’s degree freshman exam, originally scheduled for July 27 (Sunday), has been rescheduled for July 28 (Tuesday). The exam will be held at the same time as previously scheduled; only the date has changed, not the time.
Crucially, this change does not apply to every Honours first year paper. It is specific to two paper codes:
- 211521
- 211501
If your July 27 exam corresponded to one of these two exam codes, it will now take place on July 28. All other first-year Honours Bachelor’s exams will proceed exactly as originally scheduled, without changes.
Check Your Paper Code First
The single most important thing for students right now is to confirm your paper code. Because the reschedule applies only to codes 211521 and 211501, students should check their admit card and routine carefully:
- If your July 27 exam is code 211521 or 211501 → it now happens on July 28
- If your July 27 exam is any other code → your schedule is unchanged, and you should follow the original routine
Getting this wrong in either direction could mean missing an exam or showing up on the wrong day, so a two-minute check of your paper code is worth the peace of mind.

This rescheduling occurs within the National University’s ongoing first-year honors examination cycle. The written exams for the 2025 first-year honors class began on July 27 and are scheduled to run until September 20, with each day’s exam starting at 1:30 p.m. The schedule was originally published by the Office of Examinations Control on June 10.
Date adjustments like this are a normal part of the NU’s large-scale examination operation, which encompasses hundreds of affiliated colleges across the country.
