The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has announced the APSSB CGL Admit Card 2026 release date for the Stenography Proficiency Test under the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2026. Candidates who have registered for the test will be able to download their hall tickets from June 22, 2026.
According to the board, the admit card link will be available on the official APSSB website from 11:00 AM on June 22. Candidates can access and download their hall tickets until 3:00 PM on June 28.
The Stenography Proficiency Test is scheduled to be conducted from July 4 to July 7, 2026, at various examination centres across Arunachal Pradesh. Candidates are advised to check their admit cards carefully for details such as exam date, reporting time, venue, and other instructions.
The recruitment examination is being conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2026. The current stage involves the Stenography Proficiency Test for eligible candidates.
APSSB has stated that candidates must log in to the official portal using their credentials to download the admit card. Entry to the examination venue will not be permitted without a valid hall ticket.

Candidates appearing for the skill test must also carry their original and a photocopy of the Stenography Certificate for verification. In addition, a valid photo identity card, such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or any other accepted ID document, must be produced at the examination centre.
The Stenography Proficiency Test is a qualifying stage for candidates applying under Post Code 12/26. The test will include a five-minute dictation at a speed of 80 words per minute. Candidates will then be required to transcribe the passage on a computer within 45 minutes. Up to 8% mistakes are allowed, while APST candidates can make up to 10% mistakes.
Candidates who qualify in the skill test will be eligible to appear for the written examination. The written test will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying 200 marks. The duration of the examination will be two hours, and there will be no negative marking.
Applicants are advised to download their admit cards within the specified period and follow all instructions issued by APSSB before appearing for the examination.
