The admit cards for the HSC Alim Exam 2026 will be available for download from June 16, according to a notice issued by the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board on Sunday.
The notice informed all officers-in-charge of Alim examination centres that admit cards can be downloaded through the Board’s online system by following the prescribed procedure. The Board has also asked centre officials to review the draft lists of madrasas assigned to their centres and report any objections within two working days.
According to the notice, the draft lists have been published on the Board’s website to help ensure the examination is conducted in a fair and orderly manner. If any officer-in-charge finds an error or has an objection to the list, they must send an application to the Controller of Examinations by email within the specified period.
To review the draft list, centre officials must log in to the Board’s eCIS system using their centre code. They can then view the madrasa list through the “Centre Statistics” section. If there is no objection, the officer-in-charge must confirm the list by accepting the declaration and submitting it online.

The Board warned that admit cards cannot be printed if this confirmation process is not completed within the next two working days.
For printing admit cards, officers-in-charge must log in to the same online system, select the “Print Admit Card” option, enter the required password, and submit the request. The admit cards must be printed in colour.
The announcement is important for examination centres across Bangladesh, as timely confirmation of madrasa lists is required before students can receive their admit cards.
