NTRCA Receives Over 57,000 Application

The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority has received information on more than 57,000 vacant teacher posts across private institutions. The data was recorded until 3 PM on Sunday, according to a source at the Ministry of Education.

The vacancies were submitted as part of an ongoing process to collect e-requisitions for MPO-listed posts. These posts are in schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical and business management institutes. The initiative is linked to the upcoming 19th teacher registration notice.

Officials said a total of 57,040 vacant posts have been reported so far. The number may increase as institutions continue to submit their demands online.

The authority has also extended the deadline for submitting vacancy demands. Institutions can now submit their e-requisitions until 12:00 midnight on April 15. The earlier deadline was set for April 12.

The online submission process started on March 31. All registered institutions must submit their vacancy data through the official e-requisition system. No offline, hard copy, or email submissions will be accepted.

After submitting the online form, institutions must deposit a fee of Tk 200 within 24 hours. Authorities have made this step mandatory for completing the submission process.

The rules are based on the NTRCA Act 2005 and related government circulars. Officials have warned that failure to submit e-requisitions may lead to legal action. This includes the possible cancellation of MPO benefits for both the institution and its head.

Institution heads must log in using their own user ID and password. They can access the e-requisition platform through the NTRCA website or the Teletalk portal. Once logged in, they must fill in the required details and submit only MPO-listed vacant posts.

Authorities have also asked users to follow the instructions provided on the website carefully. Incorrect or incomplete submissions may not be accepted.
