The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) will publish the Primary Scholarship Result 2026 after the Eid holidays, likely 1st week of June. Once published, students and their parents can check the results online and via Mobile SMS.

A. S. M. Sirajuddohah, Deputy Director of the Directorate of Primary Education, told Allresultnet.com that authorities had hoped to release the results before Eid. However, additional time is needed to verify a large volume of student information.

Around 650,000 students took part in the examination. Officials said the high number of examinees has increased the workload for result preparation and verification.

The PSC Scholarship examination 2025 was held from April 15 to April 18, 2026, after being postponed several times due to legal complications. According to the DPE, the technical team is currently working to upload and verify data through the Integrated Primary Education Management Information System (IPEMIS).

This year, 82,500 students across Bangladesh will receive scholarships. The allocation will be divided between government and private primary schools.

Of the total scholarships, 66,000 will go to students from government primary schools. Another 16,500 scholarships will be awarded to students from private primary schools, including kindergarten institutions.

Authorities said the scholarship distribution will maintain an equal ratio between boys and girls. Selection will be based on merit rankings along with district and upazila-level allocations.

Students will receive scholarships under two categories: Talent Pool and General.

A total of 33,000 students will receive Talent Pool scholarships. Under the current structure, these students will receive a monthly stipend of Tk 300 to Tk 350 and a one-time annual grant of Tk 225.

Another 49,500 students will receive General scholarships. They will receive a monthly stipend of Tk 225 to Tk 250, along with an annual grant of Tk 225.

The financial support will continue for two years, covering Grades 6 to 8. Officials also said a proposal to increase scholarship amounts is currently under government consideration.

After the Primary Scholarship Result is published, guardians will be able to check it online through the IPEMIS portal or the DPE website by entering the student’s roll number.

Results will also be available through mobile SMS. Users will need to type “DPE” followed by the student’s roll number and send the message to 16222 to receive the result.

The Directorate of Primary Education is expected to announce the exact publication date after the Eid holidays once the verification process is completed.
