The Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board has extended the registration deadline for Class Nine students for the 2025–26 academic session in Bangladesh. The new schedule applies to students who were left out of the earlier registration process for the 2027 Dakhil examination.
The extension was announced in an urgent notice signed by the Board’s Registrar, Professor S M Touhiduzzaman. The notice was issued on Thursday, 4 June.
Under the new arrangement, students can complete online registration through their madrasahs. They must pay the required fees using the Sonali Payment Gateway system.
The Board said registration fee submission with a late fee will remain open from 4 June to 28 June. After payment, institutions will be able to enter student information into the system.
The final deadline for submitting the electronic Student Information Form (e-SIF) is 30 June. The Board also said no changes or deletions will be allowed once student data is entered.
During this period, only new student information can be added after payment of the late fee. The system will not allow editing of existing entries.

Madrasahs facing problems with fee payment or data entry have been advised to contact 01713-068909 or 01516-119360 during office hours. Institutions must use their own EIIN-based SIM numbers when calling for support.
The Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board has asked all affiliated madrasah heads to complete the registration process within the given deadline.
This extension is important for madrasah students who missed earlier registration opportunities. It ensures they can still take part in the upcoming Dakhil examination cycle.
The Board said institutions should finish all required steps within the set timeline. The registration system will close after the final deadline on 30 June.
