The Degree 3rd Year Form Fill Up process for the final year examinations started on Monday (May 18, 2026), through the National University EMS portal. Students can complete the online application at ems.nu.ac.bd until June 12.
The National University announced the schedule in a notice issued by the Examination Controller’s Office on Sunday, May 17. The notice said all activities related to the form fill-up process will be completed through the university’s online EMS system.
Students of the 2024 session Degree Pass and Certificate Course 3rd Year examinations have been asked to submit their applications within the scheduled period. Printed application forms must be submitted to the respective colleges by June 13.
According to the notice, college authorities will verify student information from June 14 to June 15. Examination fees will be deposited through Sonali Seba from June 16 to June 18.
The university also informed students that the list of probable examinees, subject codes, question paper demand forms, and related software will be available on the EMS website.
Degree 3rd Year Form Fill Up Fees
For regular and private candidates, the prescribed fee for the Degree 3rd Year examinations is BDT 1,500. The amount includes BDT 700 for the transcript, BDT 500 for the certificate, and BDT 300 for the examination fee.
Students will also need to pay additional charges in some cases. The in-course fee has been fixed at BDT 300, while practical subjects will require BDT 150 per subject. The centre fee is BDT 450, which will remain with the examination centre and will not be deposited with the university.
For Certificate Course candidates, the fee has been set at BDT 800. Students applying for grade improvement or appearing in failed subjects must pay BDT 300, along with an additional BDT 100 for each paper.
The notice also mentioned that conditionally promoted students will need to pay an extra BDT 1,000 in addition to the regular fees. Students whose registration validity has expired may also take part under special conditions after paying the required inclusion fee.
Form Fill Up Process: Step by Step
To complete the application, students need to log in to the EMS portal using their registration number, provide educational information, enter a phone number, and submit the online form. After submission, candidates must print a copy of the application form for college submission.
- Visit the official National University EMS website at ems.nu.ac.bd.
- Click on the “Student Login” option from the left-side menu on the homepage.
- Enter your Registration Number in the required box.
- Click on the “Submit” button to continue.
- Provide your educational information carefully.
- Enter your active mobile phone number.
- Follow the instructions shown on the screen and complete all required fields.
- Review the information before final submission.
- Click on the “Submit” button to complete the online application process.
- Download and print the completed application form.
- Submit the printed copy to your respective college within the scheduled deadline.
The university said that the online activities will close automatically after the deadline. Students were advised to complete the process early, as the website may slow down during heavy traffic periods.
National University said the examination routine for the Degree 3rd Year examinations will be published later.
