The National University has published the Degree 3rd Year Form Fill Up 2026 for the session 2024 Degree (Pass) and Certificate Course 3rd Year examinations. The online application process will begin on May 18 and continue until June 12, 2026.
The information was announced in a notice issued on Sunday by the university’s Examination Controller’s Office. The university said all form-filling activities, including data entry, will be completed through its online EMS system.
According to the notice, students must submit their online applications within the scheduled period. The last date for submitting printed application forms to colleges is June 13.
College authorities will verify student information from June 14 to June 15. Examination fees must be deposited through Sonali Seba from June 16 to June 18.
The university also said the list of probable examinees, subject codes, question paper demand forms, and related software will be available on the EMS website.
Officials instructed students to complete the process within the deadline. The university warned that the online activities will close automatically after the scheduled time ends.
The notice also included special instructions for some students who previously appeared in the examination but failed one or more subjects. Students whose registration validity has expired will be allowed to take part in the examination under special conditions after paying the required inclusion fee.
The examination routine for the Degree 3rd Year exams will be published later, according to the university notice.
