The Dhaka Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has announced the schedule for the distribution of the HSC Admit Card 2026. The schedule was published in a notice signed by Examination Controller Prof. Jasmine Taslima Banu on Monday, June 8.
According to the notice, the Officer-in-Charge of each examination centre or an authorised teacher must collect the admit cards for all educational institutions under the respective centre during office hours. The board said only teachers are allowed to receive the admit cards. No other person can be assigned this responsibility.
The notice also sets conditions for centres where the Officer-in-Charge is also the principal of the concerned institution. In such cases, the application must carry the countersignature of the Governing Body Chairman, the Deputy Commissioner, or the Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO).
The board instructed Officers-in-Charge to ensure the quick distribution of admit cards to all institutions under their centres.
For institutions that find errors, shortages, or extra copies after checking the admit cards, the board has set a correction period from June 18 to June 25. Heads of institutions must submit applications in the prescribed format to the Deputy Controller of Examinations (Higher Secondary) within this period.

The board warned that if corrections are not completed within the specified time, any problems arising during the examination will be the responsibility of the concerned institution heads.
Under the district-wise schedule, admit cards for institutions in Tangail, Narsingdi, Faridpur, Rajbari, Shariatpur, Madaripur, Gopalganj, Kishoreganj, and Manikganj will be distributed on June 15.
Admit cards for institutions in the Dhaka Metropolitan Area, Dhaka District, Gazipur, Munshiganj, and Narayanganj will be distributed on June 16.
The announcement is important for educational institutions preparing for the HSC Admit Card 2026 process, as timely collection and verification of admit cards are required before the examinations begin.
Educational institutions are now expected to collect the admit cards on the assigned dates and complete any necessary corrections within the board’s deadline.
