The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially released the UP TGT Admit Card 2026. Candidates who applied for the Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) recruitment exam can download the hall ticket from the official website of UPESSC.
The UP TGT written examination is scheduled to take place on 3 and 4 June 2026 at various centres across Uttar Pradesh. The admit card is a mandatory document for entry to the examination hall.
The recruitment drive is being conducted for 3,539 TGT posts under Advertisement Number 01/2022. The examination will be held in offline mode using a pen-and-paper format.
Candidates can access the admit card by visiting the official portal and selecting the “UP TGT Admit Card 2026” link available under the admit card or latest announcements section. Applicants will need their registration number, date of birth, and captcha code to log in and download the document.
Know how to collect the admit card online
- Step 1: Visit the official UPESSC website at UPESSC Official Website or the admit card portal at admitcards.upessc.org
- Step 2: On the homepage, go to the “Admit Card” or “Latest Announcements” section.
- Step 3: Click on the link titled “TGT Admit Card”.
- Step 4: Enter the required login details, including: Registration or Application Number, Date of Birth, and Captcha Code
- Step 5: Click on the “Submit” or “Download Admit Card” button.
- Step 6: The admit card/city slip will appear on the screen.
- Step 7: Download the admit card PDF and save it on your device.
- Step 8: Take at least two printouts of the admit card for the examination day.
The admit card will include important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, category, photograph, signature, exam date, reporting time, exam centre address, and exam shift details.
Candidates have been advised to check all details carefully after downloading the hall ticket. In case of any error, they should contact the UPESSC helpdesk immediately.

The commission has also advised candidates to keep multiple print copies of the admit card for exam day and future reference.
