OnePlus has teased the launch of its new Nord smartphone series in India. The lineup is expected to include the OnePlus Nord 6 and the OnePlus Nord CE 6. Reports suggest the devices could arrive in April.
The company shared the teaser through social media. It highlights the upcoming Nord lineup and focuses on battery performance. A dedicated Nord series microsite has also appeared on Amazon, confirming online availability in India.
Separately, a new listing has appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) database. Tech blogger Anvinraj Valiyathara reported the listing on social media platform X. The listing shows a OnePlus device with the model number CPH2805.
According to the blogger, the model number belongs to the OnePlus Nord CE 6. Certification on the BIS database often indicates that a device may launch soon in India. However, OnePlus has not confirmed the model name publicly.
Reports also suggest the upcoming Nord phones could be rebranded versions of the OnePlus Turbo series. These Turbo models were introduced in China earlier this year on January 8. The OnePlus Nord CE 6 may arrive as a renamed version of the OnePlus Turbo 6V. Meanwhile, the standard Nord 6 could be based on the OnePlus Turbo 6.
Several leaks have also hinted at possible specifications. The OnePlus Nord CE 6 may feature a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ OLED LTPS display. The screen could support refresh rates up to 144Hz for smoother scrolling and gaming.
The phone is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. It may include LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Reports also mention a large 9,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support.
The device could also support 27W wired reverse charging. In the camera department, it may include a 50-megapixel main rear sensor. A 2-megapixel monochrome camera may also be present.
Leaks about the standard Nord 6 suggest similar hardware. The phone could feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate up to 165Hz. A 50-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel front camera are also expected.

If confirmed, these upgrades would follow last year’s Nord CE 5. That model launched in India in July 2025 with a starting price of Rs 24,999. It featured a 6.77-inch AMOLED display and a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset.
The new Nord series could bring stronger performance and a larger battery. OnePlus is expected to reveal more details about the launch date in the coming weeks.
