Honours Admission 2nd Migration Result 2026

The National University (NU) will publish the 2nd Migration Result (Subject Change) and quota merit list for Honours Admission for the 2025–2026 academic session on June 17.

According to an urgent notice issued by the university on Monday, the results for students admitted through the second merit list and the quota merit list will be released at 4:00 PM.

Applicants will be able to receive their results through SMS from 4:00 PM on June 17. The results will also be available from 9:00 PM through the Admission Test Result option on the university’s admission website.

To check the result by SMS, applicants must type NU ATHN Application ID and send the message to 16222.

The notice said students selected through the quota merit list who are already enrolled in another academic programme for the 2024–25 session must cancel their previous admission and complete the final admission form online by June 22.

The university warned that students who keep admissions in two programmes at the same time will face cancellation of their admission and registration in the Honours First Year programme for the 2025–2026 academic session.

Students selected through the quota merit list will not be eligible for subject change. However, students admitted through the second merit list whose subjects have been changed can download their admission forms for the new subjects between June 17 and June 24.

The university said no additional fee will be required for subject changes. Colleges will also not need to provide online confirmation for these changes.

Meanwhile, students selected under the quota merit list must complete their final admission form online from June 17 to June 24. They must submit the registration fee of Tk 1,130 to their respective colleges between June 18 and June 25.

College authorities will complete the final admission confirmation process from June 18 to June 27.

The announcement is important for thousands of admission seekers awaiting final placement in Honours programmes under the National University for the new academic year.

National University authorities have urged students to complete all admission-related activities within the specified deadlines to avoid complications in the admission process.
