National University has introduced strict conditions for students seeking form fill-up eligibility for the 2025 Honors Third Year Examination.
In a notice published on Friday, the university said students must obtain at least 3 marks out of 5 in class attendance. Those who fail to meet this requirement will be considered finally ineligible for form fill-up.
The notice was issued ahead of the 2025 Honors Third Year examinations. It focused on in-course examinations and the online submission of marks.
According to the notice, 15 percent marks have been allocated for in-course examinations, while 5 percent marks are reserved for class attendance.

The university also said students must maintain at least 60 percent attendance in classes. In addition, students whose average marks in the two in-course examinations remain below 40 percent will not be allowed to complete the form fill-up process.
The notice further warned colleges and departments about online mark submission. It said that if in-course marks are not uploaded within the specified deadline, the concerned student’s information will not appear in the probable list for form fill-up.
The latest directive is expected to increase pressure on students to attend classes regularly and complete in-course assessments on time before the examination process begins.
